A long wearing highly pigmented formula that contains Organic Coconut Oil, Carnauba and wax and enriched with Vitamin E. Ideal for sensitive eyes or contact lenses.
The pencil can be used both as an eyeliner and a blendable eyeshadow.
Directions for use: Can be applied on both the outer and inner rim of the eye
