Free Australian standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours with Australia Post.

Shipping Costs

Confidere & Co charges a flat rate of $10.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for Express Shipping.

Standard delivery is shipped by Australia Post and will be received within 3-7 business days after shipping. Standard delivery may take longer in certain areas.

*Please Note: Australia Post has currently suspended their next business day guarantee. It still remains the fastest delivery option with delivery time approximately 1-2 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?

Do you deliver to work or PO Box address?

Yes, we deliver to work addresses and PO Boxes.

For business addresses, please include the business name and specific building details (e.g. Level number, unit number etc.) in the delivery address of your order. This makes it easier for the delivery driver to find you.

What happens if a product is missing from my order?

If a product is missing from your order, please contact narelle@confidereandco.com.au immediately to arrange a replacement.

What happens if my product is damaged or faulty?

If any product is faulty or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of receipt and photo to narelle@confidereandco.com.au

What happens if I receive an incorrect product?

If you receive an incorrect product item, please contact us immediately to organise for the correct product to be delivered to you as soon as possible. You will also be reimbursed for the shipping charge to return the incorrect product.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges

Confidere & Co will provide you with a refund, exchange or credit voucher where products are faulty or damaged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, please provide receipt or proof of purchase, make sure the product is sealed, unopened, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Change of mind returns and exchanges for Supplements

If you purchase the incorrect supplement, you can exchange or receive a credit voucher within 14 days of purchase. If you are returning supplements please provide the receipt or proof of purchase, make sure the supplements are sealed, unopened, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it suitable for resale.

For change of mind returns, Unfortunately Confidere & Co will not cover postage charges. Products need to be returned at your cost.

Change of mind returns and exchanges for Makeup and Beauty products

Unfortunately to the nature of the product and coronavirus restrictions, Confidere & Co cannot except returns or exchanges for change of mind on makeup products and beauty products. Majority of these products do not contain seals and are easily opened.

Exchanges

Once we have received your returned product, the product will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your returned product. You will receive an email to notify you for your replacement or credit voucher once the product has been inspected.

If we do not have a replacement in stock you can either:

  • A refund or credit voucher can be issued.
  • Once the replacement is back in stock, you will be notified and shipped immediately.
Refunds

Refunds can take 1 – 14 business days to appear back into your bank account.
