Directions: Adults – take 4 capsules daily. The capsule may also be opened and sprinkled onto food or into a drink, or taken whole.

If you are new to organ meats, its recommended starting slow. Take 1 capsule a day for the first week, 2 capsules capsules on week 2, 3 capsules week 3 and 4 capsules week 4. This is to ensure tolerability of this product.

You can take with or without food, all at once or in divided doses. It is recommended to take in the morning to start the day for lasting energy.
